On the wet westside this picturesque town borders on the water region of Giethoorn and the Weerribben.On the dry eastside you will find the nature areas De Woldberg and De Eese. In this area of 1500 ha. you will see forests, heaths, fields, charming farmhouses and a small castle. You will find three cottages in this fabulous region: De Arendshorst, De Valkenhorst and De Eikenhorst.De Eikenhorst is a country house located in gorgeous woody grounds of 2 ha. De Eikenhorst is very spacious. The living room is 80 m2 and there is a veranda of 40 m2. This house is ideal for reunions or family celebrations. There is a spacious car park in front of the house. Behind and next to the house there is a large lawn, with enough space for a game of badminton or to kick a ball around.
